Respect & Peace Rules

    Respect shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, sleeping areas.

    Be considerate of other tenants' schedules and rest.

Property Care

    Handle all furniture and appliances with care.

    Return borrowed items (utensils, etc.) promptly.

Violation Policy

Repeated violations may result in termination of stay to protect the community. We enforce these rules fairly and consistently to ensure every tenant enjoys a safe, clean, and peaceful environment.
