Yes. We prioritize safety, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment. Our unit is designed to be a safe and comfortable space for women, seafarers/OFWs, and working professionals.
We are on the 15th floor (Tower A) of Victoria De Manila 1. The building has elevators and 24/7 security at the lobby.
The unit has 12 beds total — 6 upper beds and 6 lower beds. Slots are limited, so we recommend reserving early.
All rates include water, electricity, unlimited WiFi, electric fan, privacy curtain, kitchen access, bathroom, and 24/7 security. Weekly and monthly rates also include air-con (6PM–6AM), laundry access, and swimming pool access. Monthly rates additionally include URATEX foam bed, clean beddings, and service personnel.
Yes! The room is air-conditioned from 6PM to 6AM every day. An electric fan is available 24/7 for daytime comfort.
Yes! Residents have access to the building's rooftop swimming pool as part of their stay.
Yes, cooking and laundry are allowed with proper cleanliness and respect for shared spaces. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, and laundry facilities are accessible.
No curfew — you can come and go freely. However, quiet hours (10PM–6AM) and respect rules are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment for all tenants.
Unauthorized visitors inside the unit are not allowed for security reasons. You can meet guests in common areas. Please refer to our house rules for the complete visitor policy.
Submit the booking form on our website at megaphilquarters.com/book, or message us directly on Messenger or WhatsApp. For urgent bookings, messaging us directly is the fastest option.
A valid government-issued ID and basic details in the booking form. We may request additional screening documents for monthly stays to ensure the safety of our community.
Minimum 1 day for daily stays, 1 week for weekly stays, and 1 month for monthly stays. Subject to availability.
For monthly stays, a security deposit may be required. Details will be confirmed upon booking. Message us for the current deposit policy.
Yes! We are located at Victoria De Manila 1, Taft Avenue, Malate — very accessible to Pedro Gil LRT Station and the US Embassy. Seafarer training centers (MAAP, AMOSUP) are also nearby.
